Ask, Map, Move: a method for the call.
The Of One method, applied to the decisions a CEO owns: frame the call, see where leverage and limits sit, then build the smallest thing that tests it. The complete method lives at of1.ai.
Ask: frame the call
Before a reorganization or a new AI program, we name eight things: the decision owner, the outcome, the facts as they stand, the fixed limits, the levers available, how change would happen, the evidence that would prove it, and the date the call gets made.
Map: find the leverage
A CEO’s map shows where recurring work piles up, which teams depend on it, and where the risk sits if an agent gets it wrong. Effort goes to the places that pay back first.
Move: test it small
Next comes the smallest build that can check the riskiest assumption. It is measured against the baseline and grown only when the numbers hold.
Where you meet it
A Consult block follows the method from framing to first test. A Build engagement runs on it week after week. In both, you learn to use it on your own calls.
