When Build makes economic sense

When several recurring processes, such as support replies, CRM hygiene or the reporting pack, cost more than the three-month minimum of $45,000 in time, errors or delay. Build is $15,000 a month for up to 5 processes at once.

Each process gets an owner on your side and a baseline before it changes, so the board sees progress, not activity.

Levels, data and contracts

Agents that answer customers live, and processes touching health, payment or student records, are listed in Build Plus ($25,000 a month). An MSA, a DPA, insurance and a security review are listed in Build Program ($50,000 a month). Ask, and we confirm the scope in writing before you sign.

What you get

Each month, pick up to 5 business processes for us to work on. Work starts in week one. Anything not finished carries into next month’s 5.

Each one becomes a working automation in your own tools, tested on your real work and taught to your team.

What a process is

A business process is one job your team repeats, start to finish: from what starts it to a finished result you can check. For example, a customer support ticket gets answered.

Each one belongs to one team, with one owner on your side, and runs in the tools you already use. Bigger jobs are split, and you approve the list.

A process counts toward your 5 from the day work starts until it is live and your team has taken it over, or until you drop it.

What each becomes

A working automation that runs on your real work, in your own accounts, and has passed a test your owner signed off.

A person approves anything that can’t be undone. If it fails, it falls back to today’s way, and your owner can run it.

Three levels

Build comes in three levels, and each adds to the one before it. Each level has a three-month minimum term.

Build · $15,000 a month

$45,000 minimum commitment over three months. Up to 5 business processes at once.

Build Plus · $25,000 a month

$75,000 minimum commitment over three months. Up to 10 business processes at once. Adds processes that talk to your customers live or touch health, payment or student records, same-day requests, and 2 of your people trained as champions.

Build Program · $50,000 a month

$150,000 minimum commitment over three months. Up to 20 business processes at once, across departments. Adds a named person on call around the clock as your backup, one shared platform piece at a time, and an MSA, a DPA, insurance and a security review.

Who does the work

You work side by side with our build-with-you coaches. They build your AI systems with you and teach your team to run them. If you ever leave, the systems stay with you.

The agents work only on the company’s systems, and a shared 24/7 on-call rotation covers them, with response times in writing.

What we do

We turn recurring work into agents with a clear role: a job description, a measure of success, a named human supervisor and a monthly budget.

We connect those agents to the systems the company already runs on, watch them in production, and fix what breaks through a shared 24/7 on-call rotation.

We train the leaders who will supervise the agents, so the company keeps the know-how when the engagement changes shape.

How an engagement runs

Decide: with you, we run the Of One method to settle outcomes, limits and sequence.

Ship: small systems go live early, each measured against a baseline taken before it started.

Report: you get numbers you can put in front of the board, covering cycle time, cost per unit of work, quality and incidents.

Swap: when a better model or a cheaper vendor arrives, we change the part and keep the process.
