What we work on

The questions that land on the CEO’s desk: how the org chart changes when agents take on recurring work, what the rule is before a team adds a hire, and what the board should see each quarter.

The first hour uses the Of One method to name the decision before anyone builds: who owns it, which outcome counts, what the facts are now and which limits cannot move.

Then we work on your real material, such as your leadership calendar, your last board deck and your hiring plan, and set up the first AI routines on your own desk.

What you take away

Written decisions with their reasons, the baselines you will measure against, and routines you can run yourself on Monday morning.

Where the work touches employment, legal or security questions, we explain the options and the trade-offs. Those calls stay with you and your advisers.
